Introduction:
This is the most recent picture of myself do not take many pictures these days - except I just cut my hair shorter two weeks ago. As it being 7:30 am I am not about to take a picture of self this early LOL.
My name is Jade and I am 27 years old. My life is full of BABY :) I am a stay at home mom to a handsome little boy who is 5 months old. I am married to an awesome man who loves us and works hard for us.I have a degree in Human Services which I do not use EVER! Coffee is my new best friend. As I sit and think about what to write about myself I see how much having a kid has taking over who I once was because I no longer do anything I did before ...its all Silas.
15 Interesting facts:
1. My sarcasm gets me in trouble especially with my husband. I tend to come off very blunt but at least I speak what's on my mind right LOL
2. I have some of the most fascinating, craziest, quirkiest and smartest people as friends. I feel sad that I don't get to see some of them as often as I'd like. I am looking forward to moving back to MD because of this though we will still be a drive it won't be as long as a drive.
3. I love vodka tonics and until recently I couldn't have them unless Silas was being babysat or I had a milk supply in the freezer. Since I am no longer bfing full time I may see one in my near future :)
4. I love salt & vinegar chips and weird tastes like those. I would rather chow down on greasy foods then the sweets.
5. I miss shopping for coats and purses...My favorite to accessories but extra money goes to diapers Yah LOL
6. I love all types of music there isn’t a genre – lyrics are everything! I love music because its a way to time travel back into the past and future with the feelings and memories it brings out.
7. You will never see me in heels unless special occasion for some reason I do not care about shoes...you would think being a girl I should like shoes.
8. I often find myself singing row row your boat and other children songs in my head all day then when I catch myself I am like what are you doing Jade haha
9.I have an incredible amount of patience. This is often strength, but sometimes a weakness. Having a colicky baby sure has tested me on the patience but maybe thats why I was bless with one because I could handle it ...but the next one no colic would be heaven LOL
10. I often wonder where this world is going...you know its only going to get crazier. I mean we got our first computer when I was in 9th grade and my first cell phone didn't even text now look at the iphone. We are moving too fast something has to give eventually....
11. I love watching ghost hunting shows...I am not really sure why but the "ghosts" are interesting to me. I think because I watch so much of them that when that stupid movie paranmonal activity came out I was like oh my gosh why are people scared this is worse then the blair witch project hahaha
12. I would love to be able to start my own home based business but I do not know what my talent is really considering I've worked in real estate the last 7 years and we know that's never a sure thing!
13. Since I've been pregnant the only soda I drink is Ginger Ale...I never did before I thought that was interesting enough :)
14. I have a rather large family that is very mixed. I have 3 sisters from mom and dad, then a half sister and brother from my dad. It's a very odd to say that my son's uncle and him are the same age basically but I guess thats also something that will make my son different from the next i guess hahaha
15. I want to learn a new hobby whether photography, sewing, cooking...doesn't matter but I think it will be a great way to grow as an individual while I take some time away from work to raise kiddies. Which I am lucky to have the ability to do so...daycare is so expensive and there is nothing like growing up with mom :):)
